We must raise $4,000 by May 27th to pay for SDOT land use review fees.
This is part of the process of applying for our Street End plan.

The funds we raise will go directly to SDOT’s Land Use Billing Statement (a fancy way of saying “processing fees”).
*Why LSPNA? The Lakewood Seward Park Neighborhood Association (a local nonprofit 501c since 1910) collects our donations as a courtesy, saving us processing and tax prep fees. Without LSPNA’s help, we’d have to spend money to form a legal entity, pay for processing fees, and do taxes.
When you write your to check to LSPNA—the money is directed to FOHB.
LSPNA allows us to remain scrappy and frugal!
